Due to the digital nature of our products (downloadable templates and digital assets), all sales are final. Once a product or digital file has been purchased and delivered, we cannot issue refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Defective or Missing Files
If you experience any technical issues with your download, or if the file received is corrupted/incomplete, please contact us immediately at kirtymaan36@gmail.com. We will replace or assist you with the digital asset within 24–48 hours.
