* Upon successful payment, your digital files will be made available for immediate download on the order confirmation page.
* You will also receive an automated email confirmation containing a direct download link for your purchased assets.

2. Shipping Charges
* Since all items are delivered electronically, there are zero shipping fees, handling charges, or delivery costs.

3. Non-Delivery or Download Issues
If you do not receive your download email within 10–15 minutes of purchase, please:
* Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.
* Ensure the email address provided during checkout was spelled correctly.

If you still experience issues accessing your files, please contact us immediately with your order number at support@clora.store, and we will resend your download links within 24 hours.
